Dr. Waldrop has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 25 years, and he has been devoted exclusively to felines for over 19 years. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1988.
Feline medicine is something he truly loves doing. He has many interests including internal medicine, behavioral counseling and geriatric medicine. Dr. Waldrop is an active member of the community; he is a member of the AVMA, TVMA, NAVM, Nashville Pet Emergency Clinic, and the American Association of Feline Practitioners. He is also trained in VOM™ (Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation), which is a form of animal chiropractic adjustment.
Jennifer has been with the Nashville Cat Clinic since 2010 and is now our Practice Manager and is a member of the VHMA. She loves working with people, as well as their cats and has over 15 years of experience in veterinary healthcare. Jennifer shares her home with Bosco, a Pug, Abbie, a French Bulldog, and her husband, Mikey. She graduated with her B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys participating in obstacle mud runs and is currently training for the Disney World Marathon in 2017. She is also is an avid reader who loves her Kindle and dystopian fiction.
Brittany has been with Nashville Cat Clinic since 2011. She specializes in spoiling our boarders and house cats! She completes lab work, X-Rays, performs dental cleanings, and assists with surgeries. You will see her in the exam rooms when you visit with us. She gives extra love to all the kitties! Brittany shares her home with three cats: Calvin, Bella Grinch, and Luna. In her spare time, Brittany attends music festivals and loves the outdoors.
We are so happy to welcome Lori back to Nashville Cat Clinic!!! Lori began with us in 2010 and re-joined our team in July 2014. She has over 38 years of experience in the veterinary health care field. Lori has several adopted stray cats, 2 rescue dogs, and 1 talking parrot! In her spare time she helps transport rescued dogs and cats on their journeys to their new homes and enjoys walking by the lake. Lori has recently welcomed her first granddaughter and spends as much time as she can spoiling her rotten!
